  • Served 8 years in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves.
  • 1961 Graduated from Fairfax High School.

  • Won CCAA team singles iUld doubles at California State College in Long Beach.
  • Played on the Los Angeles City College number one singles and double teams.
  • CIF doubles champion at Fairfax High.
